Another chance to see the film directorial debut that announced Quentin Tarantino's arrival on the movie scene in emphatic style. Loud and brash, with dark humour throughout this is simply a bona fide modern day classic and well worthy of repeated viewing!
Lenny Abrahamson's harrowing emotional drama piece based on the book (and script) by Emma Donoghue is aided in no small part by an Oscar winning turn by Brie Larson and an exceptional debut by Jacob Tremblay.
