Highly energetic and fun sequel that thrives due to the unmistakable chemistry between the two lead actors (Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum) and a strong hit count on gags and high octane stunts. Simple unadulterated fun!
About Time - (RTE 2 Wednesday 4th October 21:00)
Sickly sweet and sentimental, this Richard Curtis directed feature is nonetheless a pleasant way to spend ninety minutes as an endearing cast, intriguing premise and charming story combine to make this an extremely enjoyable comic drama.
Midnight Cowboy - (MGM Thursday 5th October 22:25)
Directed by John Schlesinger this cult classic's bleak and gritty depiction of the underbelly of American urban life is a difficult but compelling watch due to the incredible script and career high performances from it's two stars Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight. Worth another look!
