Cardboard Gangsters:
This Mark O'Connor directed movie has been receiving high critical acclaim on the film festival circuit and winning numerous awards in the process and should make for a welcome change from the strict summer blockbuster diet that the cinema going public have been exposed to over the last few weeks. One to watch!

Hugh Jackman's final stint as Wolverine is one of the films of 2017 so far as director James Mangold puts a unique and refreshingly original slant on the superhero movie with incredible results. One to catch if you missed in the cinema!
On Telly
Terminator 2: Judgement Day: (TV3 Saturday 17th June 22:00pm)
Arnie's back in empathic style in another one for the fans of nostalgia among us. Should be interesting to see how James Cameron's blockbuster hit of 1991 fares against another viewing sixteen years on!
